We hate getting charged too much for shipping.. and we recognize that it can often be the deciding factor whether to purchase or not from our store.  We have been using UPS shipping within the continental US, but with gas prices on the rise, we’ve seen a corresponding rise in the price our customers have to pay for UPS ground delivery.

So we’ve decided to give the Postal service a try! With a priority mail flat rate envelope costing just $4.05, we figure most of you will be saving at least a few bucks on shipping, and for those of you on the west coast, it will arrive faster too.

We’ve left UPS as an option for those of you who need more extensive expedited shipping services such as 2nd Day Air. 

And here’s a little hint for our New York City customers:  since we are in such close proximity to the City, most UPS ground shipments will actually arrive overnight to Manhattan, so you may want to stick with UPS!
