Domestic Shipping

Hookmark shipments within the U.S. are delivered by your choice of USPS or UPS.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  Same day shipments may be possible upon special request, please call to confirm before ordering.  

Please allow at least 1-3 days for USPS Priority Mail delivery and 5-7 business days for UPS ground delivery. If there is a specific date by which you must receive your hookmark order, please choose an expedited shipping method at checkout.

For Continental US customers, Priority Mail shipping is $4.60. UPS ground shipping to most areas is from $6-$9.

International Shipping

International orders will be sent by US Post Office Priority Mail International. The cost is $9 to Canada and Mexico and $11 to Europe.

Q. How big are the bookmarks?
A. Approximately 5.75" long.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We are quite sure you will be very happy with your new bookmark, but we will return or exchange your purchase no questions asked! Unfortunately though, if your bookmarks was already shipped we will not be able to refund your shipping cost.

Q. I only see Visa & Mastercard listed as payment options, do you accept American Express or Discover?
A. Our ecommerce site only accepts Visa & Mastercard at this time, however we are able to process other credit cards offline so please call in your order to 845-638-0495 to use a credit card other than MC or Visa.

Q. Is my credit card information secure when I enter it to make a purchase on your website?
A. Yes, your credit card number and expiration date are entered directly into our credit card processor's (linkpoint) secure payment gateway page. You will know that page is secure because the URL begins with https instead of http and also you will see a little lock symbol on the bottom of your browser window. Even we don't have access to your credit card number!

Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. Yes, via Global Priority Mail. Please see "Shipping" above for details.

Q. I would like to order many hookmarks for my wedding/party/event. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, absolutely! Please call us at 845-638-0495 for a quote, or go to the custom bookmark section of our website and add the product you are interested to your "quote" (just like a shopping cart!) If you don't see what you're looking for, call us because we have access to many more designs than we have on our website.

Q. Are the sides (stems) of the bookmarks engravable?
Yes, engraving is a wonderful way to personalize your hookmark! We don't provide the engraving service, but your local engraving store or mall kiosk will be able to do this for you.
